Womb Massage to Nourish
your Womb Space

Massaging the womb is a practice that will promote circulation, ease pain, and inflammation. It is recommended to massage for at least 15 minutes  and at least once a week, bringing your attention inward, providing nourishment to your womb space.

  • As you breathe, move slowly. Bring awareness to your body, your belly, and your hands. Focus, bringing attention to any internal sensations

  • Notice any tenderness and direct your focus to those areas, avoiding inducing any additional pain.

  • Be Gentle with yourself, offer yourself some grace. Sensation and tenderness is okay, be aware of it and direct your focus to those areas as you breathe deep.

  • Post-ovulation massage can be deeply healing, but is only recommended if you haven't conceived

  • Massaging the womb can increase blood flow and bring cellular healing. It can also bring nourishment, and help to bring a healthy menstrual cycle and promote fertility.
